William H. Lowe, Jr.

William H. Lowe Jr., 75, of Dallas, Pennsylvania, passed away on Friday, April 17, 2026.

Born in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada, he was the son of the late William and Alberta (Harlowe) Lowe. He graduated from Wyoming Area High School in 1969 and continued his education at the Rochester Institute of Technology, School of Printing. Following his studies, William began his career working alongside his father at Suburban Publishers before joining Fry Communications in Mechanicsburg, where he built a long and dedicated career in printing sales.

William was a man who loved his family deeply and showed that love in steady, unconditional ways to those closest to him. His grandchildren were his greatest joy and brought him immeasurable happiness. He was also an avid fan of Formula 1 racing, faithfully following the sport and cherishing the opportunities he had to attend several races throughout his life.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Jacqualine Pearl Lowe.

William is survived by his wife of 50 years, Diana (James) Lowe; his daughter, Jacqualine Sara (Lowe) Paupst and her husband, David, of Shavertown, along with their sons, Brendan and Cameron; his son, William H. Lowe III of Dallas; and his son, Adam J. Lowe and his wife, Lizeth, of West Pittston and his children. He is also survived by his siblings, Ross and Constance Lowe of Georgia; Beverly and John Holland of Florida; and Mary and Kent Mann of North Carolina as well as many loved nieces, nephews, and cousins.

William will be remembered for his devotion to family, his quiet strength, and the enduring love he gave so freely.

A service will be held on Thursday, April 24, 2026 at 7 p.m. at Metcalfe Shaver Kopcza Funeral Home, Inc., 504 Wyoming Ave., Wyoming. Pastor Dan Shission, officiating.

Relatives and friends may call on Thursday, April 23, 2026, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Metcalfe Shaver Kopcza Funeral Home, Inc., 504 Wyoming Ave., Wyoming.

Burial will be at the convenience of the family.

A celebration of William's life will be announced at a later date.
