Stephen Kondratick, Jr.

Stephen Kondratick, Jr., 84, of Exeter, Pennsylvania, passed away on Friday, September 26, 2025, in Allied Services Hospice Center Wilkes-Barre.

Stephen was born in Wilkes-Barre to the late Stephen and Helen Matiska Kondratick.

He graduated from Coughlin High School in 1958 and went on to enlist in the United States Army Reserves, where he served for 8 years. He started his 36 year career in banking and then worked for another 10 years for the US Post office.

In addition to his parents, Stephen was predeceased by his son, Stephen.

Stephen is survived by his beloved wife, Maribeth Gates Kondratick, children, Karen Nowak (Robert), Paul Kondratick, and brother, John Kondratick. He will be missed by his grandchildren, Justin and Stephanie Palovchak, and Janelle and Lily Kondratick.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Stephen will be held on Monday, September 29, 2025, at 11:00 AM at St. Anthony of Padua Church of Corpus Christi Parish, 224 Memorial Street, Exeter.

Relatives and friends are invited to call on Monday, September 29, 2025, from 9:30 AM until the time of service at St. Anthony of Padua Church of Corpus Christi Parish.

Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.

Services are entrusted to Metcalfe Shaver Kopcza Funeral Home, Inc., 504 Wyoming Ave., Wyoming.
