Richard A. Phillips 79, formerly of Plains passed away Friday December 6th in Timber Ridge Health Care Center, Plains Twp.

Born in Kingston he was the son of the late Arthur and Elizabeth Thomas Phillips.

Surviving is a sister Ardyth Phillips of West Virginia.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 10am in the Metcalfe Shaver Kopcza Funeral Home Inc 504 Wyoming Avenue Wyoming.

Interment will be in the Evergreen Cemetery, Shavertown.

Friends may call Friday 9:30am until time of service.
