Phillip G. Culver, 84, of Edwardsville, formerly of Vernon, passed away on Thursday, May 16, 2024, in Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, Plains Twp.
 
Phillip was born in Laceyville, to the late Orwyn K. and Dorothy (Gray) Culver.
He attended Wyalusing High School and went on to serve our country in the United States Army. During his service he was a tank retriever in Black Diamond and Black Walnut Legions. He worked for several oil furnace companies and drove school vans. Phillip volunteered for the Franklin Twp. Fire Department as a fire policeman and also served as a constable. 
 
In addition to his parents, Phillip is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Mary Culver.
 
Phillip is survived by his sons, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother, sister, nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to call on Sunday, May 19 from at 3-5 PM at Nulton Kopcza Funeral Home.

The Blessing Service for Phillip will be held on Monday, May 20, 12:00 PM at Nulton Kopcza Funeral Home, 5749 SR 309, Monroe Twp.
 
Interment will follow the Blessing Service on Monday, May 20 at Perrins Marsh Cemetery, Centermoreland.
