Linda (McGovern) Zacharias, 59, of Monroe Twp., passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2024, at her home.

She was born in Wilkes-Barre, daughter of William and Sara Patton McGovern, of Noxen. Linda attended Lake Lehman High School.

Linda is survived by her beloved husband of 35 years Ralph Zacharias; daughter, Alexandra Wilson and wife Sarah of Centermoreland; sons, Daniel Zacharias of Noxen; and Zachary Zacharias of Kingston Twp.; sisters, Kimberly Space (Donald) of Sweet Valley; Pam Malkemes (Richard) of Kunkle. She will be missed by her grandson Abel Zacharias Wilson.

Linda was preceded in death by her brother Michael “Cork” McGovern.

In addition to her own three children, she was like a mother to many others whose lives she touched. Family and friends will miss her ability to take mundane moments and make them memorable with her sense of humor and signature laugh.

Arrangements are private at the convenience of the family and entrusted to Nulton Kopcza Funeral Home, 5749 SR 309, Monroe Twp.
