Linda J. Paugsch

February 5, 1952 — April 22, 2025

Harveys Lake

Linda J. (Webb) Paugsch 73, of Harveys Lake, Pennsylvania, passed away on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, in Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.

Linda was born in Elizabeth, NJ, to the late Paul and Eleanor (Sopp) Webb. She graduated in 1970 from Clifton High School, Clifton, NJ. She started her career as a bookkeeper at Whitesell Bros. building company, and she retired after many years as a barmaid and bookkeeper at the Dallas American Legion Post 672.

Linda loved to be in the kitchen cooking or baking and was never afraid to try something new that interested her! In the summertime, she'd be found out in her yard planting a variety of flowers around the house. She always loved a decorated house both inside and out, and always kept her space neat, clean, and refreshed!

Linda was an avid fan of soap operas, especially General Hospital. She often bragged that she watched the show from its beginning and wouldn't miss an episode!

Her heart, strength, and charismatic personality are what shined the brightest throughout her entire life. Linda always held family close, always could cheer you up with a laugh, and always shared the deepest Love.

In addition to her parents, Linda is preceded in death by her husband, Klaus Paugsch.

Linda is survived by step-daughter, Shannon Jenkins, three grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren, her sister, Paula (Robert) Cilvik, of Harveys Lake; niece, Carla (Dave Gutkowski) Cilvik, of Bear Creek, numerous cousins, and beloved cat Peanut.

The services for Linda will be held at the convenience of the family.
