Deborah A. Trebunak

Deborah A, Trebunak, 70, of Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, passed away on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, after a battle with dementia.

Deborah was born in Wilkes Barre, to the late Edward and Anne Blischak Trebunak.

She graduated from Coughlin High School, and began her 47 year career at the Social Security Administration. She enjoyed wine tasting and having fun at ONO's Bar. Deb enjoyed traveling and after retirement took a trip to Italy. She was a big Michigan and New York Yankees fan FPS!! You can always find her listening to Taylor Swift.

In addition to her parents, Deborah is preceded in death by her brother Edward Trebunak.

Deborah is survived by her brother, John, and nephews, EJ, Johnathan, and Steven.

The prayer service will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2026, 9:00 AM at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Dallas.
