CAROLE M. ENDRES, 87, of Wyoming passed away Friday evening in Highland Manor Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Exeter.

Born in Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of the late William Cochran and Maria (Groblewski) Cochran Lewis. She was a graduate of Wyoming Memorial High School class of 1951 where she was active in the color guard. She was employed at Bell Telephone prior to raising her three children and was then employed at Penn Lee Footwear of Miners Mills for 25 years. She was an avid NASCAR and Yankees fan, attended most local Wyoming Area football games and was a member of the Confraternity of Christian Mothers of the former St. Joseph’s Church of Wyoming now St. Monica’s Parish of West Wyoming.

Preceding her in death was her brother James Cochran.

Surviving are children David Endres and his wife Marlene, Kingston, Ohio; Janet Kelly, Exeter; James Endres and his wife Patricia, Wyoming; grandchildren; Jessica, Angela, Sarah, Laura, Maria, David, Megan and Emily; great grandchildren; Bentley, Kelly, Henry, Maddy, and Audrey; sister-in-law Theresa Cochran, nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank Dr. Kevin Musto and the staff of Highland Manor for their 6½ years of kind and compassionate care of our Mom.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 9am from the Metcalfe Shaver Kopcza Funeral Home Inc 504 Wyoming Avenue Wyoming with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30am in St. Monica’s Parish 363 West 8th Street West Wyoming, Pa 18644 with Father Peter Tomczak, celebrant.

Interment will be in the Wyoming Cemetery.

Friends may call Friday evening 5-8PM in the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Monica’s Parish.
