Adam J. Belenski, 89, of Dallas, formerly of Harveys Lake, passed away February 8, 2022, at Wilkes-Barre General hospital.

Born October 19, 1932, he was the son of the late Adam and Catherine Belenski.

Before retirement Adam was employed by Kingston Borough, Teamsters Bank of America, Floristry, Econo Lodge and Genetti’s.

In 1989 Adam and his wife Flo appeared on the Sally Jessy Raphael Show as childhood sweethearts reunited. Adam was also the chauffer for Sean Connery at the filming of the Molly Maguires.

He was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Dallas, Big Band Society of N.E. PA, and Six County Fire Co. Lifetime Member.

Adam was preceded by his sisters Ann Petrofski, Mary Sivick, brothers; John, who was killed on his last mission in World War II and never found, Frank, Stanley, Walter, Felix, Joseph and Tony. Survived by his brother Alex in San Antonio, Texas and by his beloved wife Flo who had 31 beautiful years together.

Due to the prevailing circumstances a memorial service will be held at a time to be announced.
